One Pan Broccoli Cashew Chicken


Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless organic or pastured chicken breast, cubed
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, ghee or avocado oil
1" chunk ginger, grated or finely minced
5 fresh garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt (<-- this is my favorite sea salt)

Instructions:
  • First step is Add healthy fat of choice to a pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring occasionally for 1 minute.
  • And then, Add the chicken and season with sea salt, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes until there is no more pink in the chicken. Add the cashews and broccoli, stirring occasionally for 1 minute.
